I think for every one person who is angry enough to post their problems with their scale there must be hundreds of others who have just thrown it away. I got it!!!! I found instruction on how to reset the Aria and I not get the set up active but it will not complete setup. This is an easy fix to the firmware. Like it kicks me offline. After I did this, it linked for the first time. After switching that to a B/G/N I had to issues and the device linked fine. So I moved recently and got a new router and when I've tried to reconnect my aria to the new wifi/router I keep getting the same 'wifi err' message no matter what I do. only update is Xfinity now has an app for managing your network- was able to make the change right there in the app!
